Behind the scenes

From locker to sorting center to destination

Every parcel you drop into a Chui APM locker first travels to our central sorting center. There, our team groups parcels by delivery route and loads them onto vehicles assigned to different corridors with multiple APM machines along the way.

    Collect from origin APMs

    Parcels are cleared from sending lockers on a fixed schedule and scanned into the network.

    Sort at the Chui center

    Our warehouse team sorts parcels by destination APM and assigns them to optimized vehicle routes.

    Route to destination APMs

    Delivery vehicles service multiple machines on each route, loading parcels into the correct lockers ready for pickup.
